an old friend of mine shared a story on Ocsplora this week, which was one of those charming reminders that we never quite know what impact we might be having with a simple word of encouragement. when was the last time you gave someone some unsolicited praise, or a simple blessing, as Rich did in this story? if you can't remember...maybe today should be the day :)
